Payment is due at the time of application unless other arrangements have been made. Space is limited and applications without payment will not be held.

Vendor Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a positive and family-friendly atmosphere, all vendors must meet the following eligibility criteria:

All goods or services must be appropriate for a general audience. This is a family friendly event; no obscene, discriminatory, or inflammatory content will be allowed.
Vendors must accurately describe what they are selling or promoting. Any major changes must be approved by the event coordinator prior to the event.
All products must comply with local, state, and federal laws. This includes licensing and labeling for food, health, or beauty products.
No illegal, dangerous, or hazardous materials or activities are permitted.
We reserve the right to reject any vendor application for any reason that conflicts with the values, safety, or atmosphere of the event.

By signing this application, the vendor agrees to comply with the above requirements and understands that violation may result in removal from the event without refund.

Hold Harmless Agreement & Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in Concrete River Days involves certain risks and agree to assume all risks associated with participation. I agree to hold harmless and release the Colfax Chamber of Commerce, the City of Colfax, volunteers, event sponsors, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, loss, theft, or damages that may arise as a result of my participation in this event.

I understand that I am responsible for my own setup, merchandise, equipment, and conduct, and agree to comply with all event rules and regulations. I further acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and agree to be bound by its terms.
